Based in the Southeast, he’s served events across Charleston, SC and Charlotte, NC, and is available to travel wherever the pulse leads. His work now extends into digital and film photography, documenting the same energy and connection found in his DJ sets.

Dope D began DJing in 2012, while at South Carolina State University. He developed a sound rooted in range and adaptability. His style spans house, amapiano, deep house, hip hop, R&B, Afrobeats, Brazilian funk, and other global sub-genres, allowing him to meet the energy of any room.
He graduated in 2017, gaining a strong foundation in business, professionalism, and communication. These skills continue to shape how he shows up for clients, with clarity, reliability, and intention.
In 2024, Dope D began exploring instant film with Polaroid photography, extending his creative expression beyond sound. This growing practice focuses on movement, presence, and storytelling.
In 2025, he got a Sony Alpha 6700 to experiment with digital photography. He plans to continue developing this work alongside DJing.
